PORON/ROGERS FOAM

Polyurethane foam material, high density, fine and uniform cell structure, excellent resistance to compression deformation.widely used in demanding shock, sealing occasions such as precision electronic products, auto parts and other precision industrial equipment.

Feature of  Rogers foam

1. Heat-resistant, enables durable, sealing, and cushioning;

2. Inherently flame retardant without the use of additives. Many of the materials meet flammability requirements of UL94 HBF and MVSS 302.

Application of Poron Pad

1. Sandwich panel: Function - pollution-free, prevent looseness, prevent impact noise and prevent adhesion.

2.Around LED: prevent light leakage, absorb impact, bear high air tightness.

3.PCB surrounding: absorb shock, absorb vibration, fill gap, heat insulation effect.

4. Keyboard gasket: resilient, no pollution, good dimensional stability.

5. Around the battery: no pollution, absorb impact sound, improve air tightness.

6.Foot pad: good friction, no pollution, good dimensional stability.

7.Tail pad of disk: absorb vibration, prevent impact noise and improve air tightness.
